Założył go w 2005 roku amerykański lekarz Daniel Palestrant aby lekarze mogli raportować o działaniach niepożądanych rofekosibu. Lek ten powodował zwiększone zagrożenie wystąpienia zawału serca. Aktywność lekarzy przyniosła poważne rezultaty: lek wycofano z rynku, a pacjenci otrzymali odszkodowanie.

Zaproszenie z Sermo do bycia felietonistką.

Zaproszenie przysłała mi Bailey Apple, która, wówczas pracowała w Sermo.

Guide to aging based on personally known facts

January 1 st is my birthday. How old I am? The optimistic version in the form of a mathematical equation is as follows: 2 x 35 + 2. You agree that sympathetically looks a mathematical equation : ). But formally answering: I am 72 years old does not look so nice.

Because I don’t tend to wrinkle, I managed to keep good posture usually my new interlocutors kindly assign me fewer years than I have in reality. I then usually answer: it’s probably because I have a husband younger than me by five years. Then all smile and say: well I understand, I understand. Last time I “got” 58 years. It sounded agreeable! I noticed that odd decades in the life of a woman determine the passage of time:

30, 50, 70… probably 90 also.

Each next decade has a distinctive symptom associated with time:

30 plus: You have a positive “pencil test”; how to perform the test? You put the pencil under the bust and if the pencil stays where you put them without supporting the test is positive

50 plus: menstruation sings you goodbye my love goodbye

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4LKlOyC-To

70 plus: your ophthalmologist communicates to you: Mimax2 you have the beginnings of a cataract…

90 plus: I write to you already for 18 years : ) I promise!

And what are your thoughts on aging?
