During IMI conference all participants received small gadget. What is it? I didn’t know. My husband informed me that is… pedometer.
The device should be clipped to clothes before walking.
After returning from our walk we measure the length step. My step is 60 cm long.
I made today 6 628 steps x 60 cm, i.e. 3976,8 cm I walked today.
